Deb was raised in a Christian home and at an early age, God convicted her that she needed to accept Jesus as her personal Savior, and she could not rely on her parent’s salvation. She was baptized when she was in middle school. She always believed that God would have her in vocational Christian service.
She graduated from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in 1985 with a BS in Bible and Elementary Education (minor in music), and later went on to graduate from Maranatha Baptist University with an MEd (cross-categorical focus) in 2019.
She met her husband, Andy while in college, and they were married in 1984; they have three adult children.
Deb's great interests are her family and church. She enjoys leading their ladies Bible study as well as helping her husband in various ministry tasks. When time allows, she loves reading, shopping for great deals, canning, and baking.
A men's ensemble made up of students from Maranatha Baptist University who seek to encourage churches and ministries with music that brings glory to God. They sing a variety of sacred pieces and perform instrumental pieces.
